Preparation
- Pressure-washing to remove surface contaminants both visible and invisible (including evaporative salts that accumulate on eaves, overhangs and soffits)
- A variety of methods are then available for paint preparation, from hand scraping to stripping to dry abrasive blasting, taking the necessary level of care to analyze and repair damaged substrates and stabilize them prior to painting.

Finishing
- We use only premium paints and materials such as Benjamin Moore. We are happy to advise you on product selection.
